Borrowers fall under this kind of loan are also engaged in business related activities but not qualified under SME loan product of the bank. It also secured by REM, CM or it may be unsecured supported with postdated check (if any) and payable weekly, bi-monthly, monthly or lumpsum.
Term of loan depend on the project sought to be financed and the borrowing capacity but not exceed to 5 years term
